All our sausages are hand made on the premises by our skilled Butchers. We use only natural casings and the finest meats as sold in our shop.

Our pork is local, outdoor reared and free range.

Our local reared beef also carries the New Forest Marque.

 All sausages are linked six to the pound and sold by weight.

 Traditional Pork chipolatas are sold at twelve to the pound and are always available, but can be made to order in any flavour subject to a minimum quantity of

2.5 kg.
